I can get you the part number and mfg on Tuesday. Sullivan and Joe Smith are doing that for me. Terry Sullivan is a multiple national event winner and Joe is in the NHRA hall of fame. With all of that knowledge I just told them to do what they wanted and design the the best fun car for the dollar.

I have owned the car for three years now and it was undefeated for two years with the 440. The redo is an experiment because of how many times I got my butt kicked by hemi's in my youth.

I hate late life crisis. It is very expensive now. Too bad I am too old to resume my road racing career...now that I can afford it.

Good for you Jay, go out and have a blast.
The main reason I ask about the adapter is my friend Pat makes those, the company name is Wilcap. The shop is right behind my shop, a great guy.
I set today aside to get my trip check and service on Max for Fremont trip next weekend done. Oil change, plugs maybe and rejet rear carb. Running two 500cfm old Carters and it was to rich so I changed needles and springs in front carb. and Wow what a power difference so it's match the rear if I can find some more needles laying around upstairs. Plugs look allot better now too.

Gee Andy, no engine pictures to show off Max's dual carb set-up? popcorn

Up on the rack for now found a worn u-joint strap, so this might tie you over. Probably not so clean now as in this pic.

I see in this pic I still had the aluminum water pump housing on it and it over heated, and found the inside ports were terrible design so I put the cast stock one back on and all fixed. It wasnt a Mopar brand one it was a e-bay knock off...I should have known. LOL
