Thats funny on the co2 bottle
markz Wrote:Well I dragged the race car from the mothballs and went racing yesterday first time in 3 years! Proceeded to be a real dumbass! Good 1.34 60 foot all 3 runs and decent reaction times. Ran a 6.17 (reasonable run) first run and slowed to 6.330 second time trial and 6.324 in eliminations. I dialed on the first run and clearly lost.

Well after several hours of staring and manipulating my data logger data, I have come to the conclusion that I am a DUMBASS! My CO2 bottle ran low and didn't shift fast enough on the 2nd and 3rd runs causing it to shift from 1st to 3rd and skip second. AARRGGHH!!

But I had a blast!

Co2?

Yup - I use CO2 to shift and when I run Super Street it runs my throttle stop.

I need 100 lbs. I checked this morning and the tank only had 80 lbs in it - full is like 1200 lbs+. AAARRRGGHHH! I knew I should of changed it earlier this year when I fixed the regulator!
That's pretty cool. I never thought to do that.
Took a buffer to the charger for grins
Hey that really shines up sweet
Great look Charger Piper! I owned a 70 Charger R/T for awhile before I sold it and purchased my 66 Coronet 500. I really loved that Charger and I'm sorry that I sold it now.

The Charger looks good Piper!!
Sorry I sold mine also. `68 blue paint, black top, two tone blue interior, 318 console automatic. I bought it in cherry original condition for $600.00 which was allot in `79. I drove it all over to every state on a road trip by myself, one flat and a coil wire that's it whole trip.
Nice!
