Really looking nice. The parking lights do go off when the headlights are turned on, that's normal.

I remember assembling the whole grill on my yellow car, it was 8 hours of straight work.
Agree, very nice!

Thanks for re-assuring the light operation. Strange thing I noticed is the left park lamp has 3 wires in the harness and right side only 2. The lamps both only have 2 wires though. Maybe my repro harness is made goofy? It's a Year One item.

The grilles are fun as I'm learning. The lower support, headlamp mtg panel and grille surrounds have to be assembled before installing on the car! I left the headlamp panels loose until I install the headlamp doors so I can center them in the openings. Then I'll have to remove them to install the center grille first then put the doors back on. Can't wait though as she's gonna finally have a face!
Started it..well tried to had to take off the carb and clean it ..she's been sitting a couple months...
Bet nice to hear it fire up again.
While I was in the carb I jumped from a 28 size squirter to a 35 ..actaully smoothed it out a bunch and seems to run a lot cleaner..weird
Finally done scraping undercoating, sanding, grinding, welding, priming and painting the underbody! Now it is time for the money surfaces (and yes I fixed that run Smile )

That car looks great!
Looks good! That's a lot of work there!
That's looking sharp 67rtblue, I can't remember seeing a grill surround so perfect. Maybe you can tell me if the grill is painted black or not. I've seen some that look satin black and some not. I almost forgot. I'm weT sanding on my R/T today.
