  Inner back window felt?
Posted by: Kingspagetti - 02-25-22, 11:32 PM - Forum: Coronet Restoration/Paint Shop/Body Shop - Replies (5)

I have a 70 coronet 500. I’m trying to refinish the inner back metal panels…surface rust from sun fade. The window felts are stapled to the metal. Should I take them off? How would I refasten them? Any opinions, tips, tricks or hints would be appreciated.

  LED headlights
Posted by: 67440Dodge - 02-13-22, 05:10 PM - Forum: Modernize your Coronet - Replies (8)

Since I've got to replace a burnt out headlight, figured might be time to upgrade to LED's. Already did it to to taillights and it made a huge diffference. Anyone done this in past, and if so, where did you get them from? And any issues with wiring and such replacing them? I'm not looking for fancy lights or looks, prefer a stock look as possible.

Thanks

  Speaker confusion
Posted by: Kingspagetti - 12-04-21, 07:07 PM - Forum: Tech Q&A - Replies (5)

Can anyone tell me why the driver side rear deck speaker hole is smaller than the passenger side? What size speaker am I supposed to use?
My car came with only a dash speaker. I’m trying to add back speakers. The metal deck has the passenger side speaker oval turned so the defroster would fit. The 6x9 speaker fits that side. But the driver side is smaller.
