  Couple of questions
Posted by: Piper - 04-01-15, 11:49 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (15)

I should probably post on a Charger forum, but hey.. you guys know me plus and I can ask dumb questions and use run on sentences with no grammar what so ever and some how yous understand me...

ok today's subject is the Dodge Charger,

First question is the bulkhead has a couple mystery wires(pictured) I think its for a wiper(at least what I can make from the wiring diagrams) however..the wiper is hooked up and working fine, looks like someone chopped into it at once time or another..any ideas what they are..I want to start cleaning up the engine bay(top row two wires at the right)

  fuel pump issue
Posted by: Warhawkfight34 - 04-01-15, 01:38 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (1)

So as far as I knew the fuel pump on the 440 six pack is 3/8" inlet and 1/2"-20 outlet. The only pump I could find was either a 3/8" inlet and 3/8" outlet or 5/16" inlet and 1/2" outlet.
Anyone know anything about this? or where I can find a pump with a 3/8" inlet 1/2"-20 threaded outlet?

New owner - Choke question/FM Converter
Posted by: tuckerboynton - 03-30-15, 09:52 PM - Forum: Tech Q&A - Replies (6)

Hey guys! I just picked up a 71 Coronet with a 318. I have a few questions. 1st off, It is still awfully cold in maine and im wondering whether this is a manual, or mechanical choke for the carb (if manual where the hell is the ol girl?!) Secondly, i was wondering how to work the factory FM converter on this thing, if there was different ones i can take a picture of it, basically a knob on bottom to adjust, and a switch on the middle with three positions (far left = some radio, middle = nothing, far right = nothing.) Any help would be appreciated!
