  Rear air suspension PSI?
Posted by: OldSkool - 06-06-15, 03:55 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (8)

I've got one of the rear air suspension connectors on the 65 Coronet. I just hooked up the compressor and it works! No hissing or loss of air and up she went. Anyone know what the PSI should be? I haven't been able to find on quick Google search. Thank you for any thoughts.

  Hello from a Dodge-Newbie ...
Posted by: Sethos - 06-03-15, 10:59 AM - Forum: New Members - Replies (13)

Hi,

Normaly, I'm defenitly a Pontiac guy. After a few Trans-Am's, I found myself with a 1955 Starchief Hardtop-Coupé. But, now, since we have a little daughter, I always wanted to take my family to the car meetings as well ... but since the Pontiac does not have any seatbelts, I was looking for a station wagon from the early 70ies.

Since all the Pontiacs I found were totally crap I stumbled over a Dodge Coronet Crestwood from 1972.

I fell in love immediately with that car ! A true survivor with 97tmls on the odometer. No rust, first paint. Since I got to learn a lot about Dodge, I hope to be welcome on this board.

Regards from a tiny country Luxembourg, Europe

  Hello from Vancouver island

Hi folks. I have a 67 500 that bought in the mid 90s and swapped the wideblock 318 for a tired 383, drove it for a summer and had it impounded. The car has been sitting in various backyards and fields since. After years of playing with trucks, ramchargers and jeeps Im starting to get back to the car. I don't have the budget or time for a resto but would like to make it a decent looking driver again. 6049]6048]6050]

  Power drop on wot
Posted by: tuckerboynton - 06-01-15, 11:24 PM - Forum: Tech Q&A - Replies (7)

Hey guys, I have a quick question, on my 71 318 if i go wot from idle, either in neutral or gear, the car bogs down a little bit than kicks up into the higher rpms. If that makes sense. I have replaced the plugs and wires, rebuilt the carb and it is getting new points and condenser in a few days. We checked the timing and it seems to be good, but what do most of you guys run your timing at? Any ideas about the stutter?

Hi, can someone please tell me what R/T stood for when it was used in the 60's?

Rapid transit or road track?

Thanks
