Jr is back on the road again. The swap went well and got lucky and had a drive line that fit perfect, I kept waiting for something to go wrong it was to good to be true. It save me a couple $$ from having mine shortened and this one is 3.25 diameter compared to 3 which was fine I believe but bigger the better. # on shaft says its a 70-71 A-body and I got it with a bunch of `64 Valiant parts this guy down the road from me was throwing out after his build. One mans trash another mans treasure.

Suregrip was a bit cranky at first due to it was one I had sitting for many years wrapped up, but after I did some tight u-turns right and left and heated it up all is smooth now.

I like the way it sits and rides, kinda can't tell I did anything until you drive it compared to before.

Thanks for the compliments I know its not a Coronet but I like to share my projects as I like6481] to see others share there's.
Darn she is looking good !!!! Maybe paint it Gun Metal Grey with a Black roof ?????
Still jealous . . .
Andy, Jr is awesome. Even if it wasn't a Mopar we'd be interested. Course that will never happen!

I even like Tank updates too.

Even I'll say there's more to life than Coronets...LOL
Glad to see it back on the road. It's a great feeling to finally drive it isn't it?

That does sound good but it will be Turbine bronze that it came with, you can see a little on the door poking through the primer.

Good color!

Spent some time last night on door getting everything straight, not much pounding at all since no hits other than a couple door dingers. If people realized how hard it is to remove a door ding I believe they would be more careful swinging their door open.

You can see more of the sweet looking bronze poking through now the old blue and primer is being removed.

Really like that color
That Turbine Bronze is a fantastic color Andy! That color will really make those cool factory wheel covers pop!

The first Dart below is a 67 GTS in the Turbine Bronze and the second car is a 67 GT with your same style wheel covers.

Really like the white walls with these caps

Isn't that a Plymouth makes it front plate?
