1141611417 My son leaving for his senior prom tonight, me leaving for mine in 1989. First time he's driven it by himself and the first time anyone's driven her solo besides me since about 1993.
I am going to have to pull motor and tranny to fix some oil leaks- (rear main or pan, tranny front pump seal). While its out I'm thinking of putting in a mini starter to cure the hot start issue as we have headers on the car. It starts but its laboring and always makes ya wonder. I bought the wrap to do the starter but never installed it. I like the original look but lets face it-don't wanna be stranded. Also the steering gear that was rebuilt probably 10 years ago only survived one summer and is now leaking from where the steering column enters. Leaking bad too. Both the starter and steering gear can are gonna be easier to do by pulling the motor-again due to Hooker Super comps. I want to change these outs and wanna get your guys input on firm feel or any company along with mini starter thoughts. Will a firm feel box change the ratio or just the effort of steering? Right now its a one finger operation. Car is just a cruiser.
Also gotta fix:
Leaking brake caliper
Leaking heater hose
Install correct 402 oil pan and pickup
This is what it is like in Southern MN, mid April. Very unusual. Still coming down. We are hoping this is the last of it. Ice out on the lake this year is going to be late. Hope all is well, and warm where you are.
I thought that any of you with a 1967 Coronet Station Wagon might be interested in this item. I've done business with this seller both on Ebay and directly at their business several times over the years and they have always taken very good care of me and they are very knowledgeable with vintage Mopar parts.

Ok, so I picked up my resto mod seats from the upholstery shop yesterday.........EXCITING. He did a fantastic job of mixing cloth and vinyl and giving my seats the factory look with little twist which I believe is going to be perfect for a hot sunny day...after all, nobody likes waking up and sticking to the seats.
Onto the top. He only shows a listing for a plastic rear window for the 66, and can get either a glass or plastic window for the 67s.....Question is, will the 67 top fit on the 66? Also, he doesn't show a listing for a well liner for the 66s, only 67s. I am under the impression they are the same? Can anyone shed any light on this? AGAIN....thanks in advance for the input....we are probably about a month and a half from putting this car back on the road!
I look forward to being a member of this site since I have recently become an owner of a 67 R/T which is still pretty much a drag car as I bought it. I have had a few B bodies but this is the oldest. I'm a member on a few other Mopar sites. Always like to hear other member's opinions and ideas.
Hi Guys,
Have a huge project in front of me,
Found a 67 R/T WS23J7120839X in a barn stripped.
I basically have a rolling shell.
Has been awhile since Ive tackled a project this big.
Last build was a 1969 Hemi R/T convertible in 1985.
I will upload pic(s) as soon as possible.
Any help on part location would be gratefully appreciated.
