Manifolds lookin' good, buddy!!
Nice job on the rocker arm set up Andy.
Thanks,

Those rocker spacers are just the spacer that come on big block rocker shafts, the Max wedge rockers came with tension springs instead of spacers but too much friction I think. And the shims are .015 thick from MP #P3690896 and the hold-downs help make a smooth contact to the shims those MP # P5249714
Hosed off my fins of bugs and OOOOOPS !!

I did not have a radiator when I put Max back together and was tapped out of funds so I had this truck one I stuck there and has done well. But I think its done for soon.

I have a `66 Satellite core, but for the cost to rebuild it I'm thinking about a Griffin or ???? Main reason I said Griffin is my buddy has a GTX that came with a Griffin and it fit nice.

Ideas ??
$650 GULP !!

That's cheap... I've seen a few "cooling systems" at Carlisle go for almost twice that much..
Does anyone in your area do recoring? I have a great old school place here. I'd just fix your old one.

BTW what are those valve cover gaskets you are using on Max, they look nice and squishy.

What Rich said, get your old one rotted out, maybe add a extra core? Andy, run a bug screen in front of the radiator!
Yeah I think I'm with both of you on fixing an old one. I have a nice `66 one to use for a doner.

We do have an old timer radiator guy and I just had him upgrade one yesterday for the `64 Sport Fury project and it is sweet looking, it ran $450 thats with a 4 row core.

He said yes new aluminums are great just not repairable usually if damaged at all, and I defenetly don't want a china cheapy one, it would be Griffin.
