  Hi from Virginia

Hello, I'm a returning member from Fairfax, Virginia. Lance Husted introduced me to this site. I used to have a 1969 Dodge Superbee. I was forced to sell my Superbee, and so I left the hobby for a while but I'm back trying to get going again. Thanks all.

  VIN number problems
Posted by: theogonzalez - 07-26-24, 04:34 AM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (2)

I live in Nevada. Recently purchased a 1949 Coronet in California. Went to DMV to register and title. Had to have a VIN inspection because of out of state car. It was discovered that the VIN # on CA title is the number that is stamped on the block of the engine. Of course the car has a VIN # on the door pillar. They told me I have to get CA DMV to correct the title. What a headache! Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Hey everyone.

Did not realize there was a Coronet only forum until I can across “DodgeCoronet.com” in the club listed for the 2024 Carlisle show.

I got to the show very early on Saturday in order to pick up some parts I ordered, then had to immediately leave.

I did a quick walkthrough of the B-body section hoping to find someone with a 1976 Dodge Coronet police car, but folks were still driving in and I had to go.

I am looking to connect with anyone who may have a 1976 Dodge Coronet police car.  I recently acquired one.

Yes, I know all about the Rocket Restoration videos on YouTube.

Thank you!

Hi all, just got back from Carlisle, 2 years in a row I've shown my 66 Coronet there, and saw the site tent, figured it was time to join!

I'm still blown away that he took 2nd place this year, thank you for your support. It's been a long road bringing the Coronet back from being a basket case sitting in the back of a shop to what she is today.

Looking forward to meeting some other members here and talking Coronets!

Say hello to Clyde; the Coronet

1967 power steering pump rebuild kit.
Posted by: 67r/t4speeder - 07-16-24, 08:50 PM - Forum: Wanted Cars or Parts - Replies (11)

Max has a minor leak in the pump by the pulley so I figure best to hunt down a kit now.
I use to do these all the time and get good kits easily and imagine not anymore.
Any recommendations of a good source?
O yeah and by the way is supposed to be painted all black or? I did a total show car( used car lot) rattle can silver because probably the last functional paint left.
Mike saw it and he was being nice by not mentioning it.

Rear axle replacement for '58 dodge coronet
Posted by: acer - 06-03-24, 05:08 PM - Forum: The Early Years - Replies (3)

I would like to upgrade my rear axle on my '58 dodge coronet. Does anyone know what are some compatible options? Preferably something with rear disc brakes would be nice.

My rear brake drums are shot and it's difficult to find replacements. So maybe it's time to upgrade the whole rear axle?
