This is NOT mine. It says to "call" but I don't see a number. Guess anyone interested has to message the seller through Craigslist. More pictures in the ad.

Turn key right, no starter engagment
Posted by: DodgeT - 12-09-14, 01:03 AM - Forum: Tech Q&A - Replies (4)

I just replaced the ignition switch, no luck. Starter solenoid? I think my fuseable link is fine. Everything else works, I just can't get the starter to fire.

  Fuel Gauge Issue
Posted by: NZ 68 R/T - 12-06-14, 06:49 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (6)

I've just had my instruments out and reconditioned. The good news is the speedo now works, but the fuel gauge has stopped!

What are the most common causes of this? Thanks

  Daytona Parts?
Posted by: OldSkool - 12-06-14, 03:30 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (2)

Anyone have any experience with carburetor rebuild kits from Daytona Parts? Other vendors you like? It's been 3 weeks since I put my car up for the winter and I am dying without it around. So, going to try and pull that carb and rebuild it. I am motivated! (and bored)

  My Dart build
Posted by: 67r/t4speeder - 12-04-14, 12:21 PM - Forum: The Muscle Car Years 1965-1970 - Replies (349)

I recently scored a 1967 Dart GT to make my daily driver out of, I drive Max allot but when weather gets rough he runs with his tail between its tires. I would like to fix up so it a dependable car and keep it fairly stock hoping someday my Son or Grandson will restore it. I have a 94 Chrysler LHS the newist car we own that I use pretty much only use to go visit my Mom near San Diego so I will sell that while it is in great shape and worthless and this Dart is the replacement.
Dart GT 273 4-barrel California black plate car from Bakersfield (both frames still on car)
automatic w/console
Originally bronze (purty color)
White interior and white top

It has been sitting under a cover outside for many years in the dirt so it is filthy dirty, luckily mice only got to the engine compartment and only chewed up the spark plug wires.

Can't find any rust anywhere and only a couple dents in body, it looks like they removed most trim getting it ready for paint and quit. After being bronze it was painted blue then thick primered so I have many coat's to sand through.

I was happy to find all the trim wrapped up and build sheet, fender tag and certicard present. GOT LUCKY there for sure.

Now lets see if it will run as all of this is unknown to me, either way it'll be fun.

  Instrument Bulb Socket?
Posted by: shuba - 12-01-14, 11:41 PM - Forum: Tech Q&A - Replies (2)

Hello, Im having a hard time finding replacements for my 1966 for a Instrument Bulb Socket. The only ones I can find are for dodges made in the 70's and they are too small. Where can I find these I have two on my dash instrument board that are broken.

  Differential holder
Posted by: 67r/t4speeder - 12-01-14, 02:17 PM - Forum: DIY Tech Forum - Replies (15)

Here's a cheap way of holding your differential while rebuilding it.

Use two arms on your engine hoist and bolt to the snubber mount holes with 3/8 bolts

You can rotate 360 to work on what ever you need to do.
