The good quality ones take allot more than barely toughing them to break.
Honestly have no clue now, I returned it to the store (local auto parts store) and got my money back (they were cool with it). The reounded end carbide dremel bit did the trick for getting the EZ out out of the picture though it took at least an hour and a half to get it done. Go to town with the dremel bit (high RPM's, slow and steady pressure) and then a whack with the center punch a few dozen times and it came out.
