I have a 65 coronet convertable with one of the convertable top cylinder leaking around the shaft at the top o ring seal aling the shaft. My question is can I change this o ring seal or will need to buy a new cylinder?

does anyone have a recommendation for a paint brand for my exhaust manifolds?
