Hi, my name is Jim, and Rich has a problem
Posted by: Jim 68cuda - 01-08-13, 12:28 AM - Forum: New Members - Replies (6)

Nice place. Everything looks new, but somehow feels familiar. I too was suffering withdrawal symtoms. But now that the DCR is back, no problem. We do all know Rich's problem, and like everyone else here, I would be happy to relieve Rich of some of those problems. I'll take his copper 67 RT vert and his blue 66 500 vert, and...oh, never mind, I guess I have the same problem.

Well, you guys already know my problems, at least the Mopar ones that is.

The withdrawall pains were getting the best of me. And those voices, well that's annother story.

Great to see everyone back.

Now to figure out all this new high tech stuff......

Tim decided to tie the knot with his long time girlfriend.

One evening, after the honeymoon, he was assembling some loads for an upcoming hunt.

His wife was standing there at the bench watching him. After along period of silence she finally speaks.

"Honey, I've been thinking, now that we are married, I think it's time you quit hunting, shooting, handloading, and fishing. Maybe you should sell your guns and boat".

Tim gets this horrified look on his face.

She says, "Darling, what's wrong?"

”There for a minute you were sounding like my ex-wife.”

"Ex wife!", she screams, "I didn't know you were married before!"

”I wasn't “

  Installing cat whiskers
Posted by: JennFAFA - 01-07-13, 01:48 PM - Forum: General Discussion - Replies (9)

Want to install the cat whiskers on the 65 and I figured i would ask before I started getting into it.
I am not sure what goes where and how they are attached to the door. I do know that the ones that are on there now are completley disintegrated, so they are of no help. I dont think I need to take the door panels off but then again ...i dont know! LOL

Anyway - if any one has pointers, insight and maybe a pic to post of their 65 , I would be very so grateful.

Someone has to start this section over again, so here is a pic of my '49. This was from '09 right after I got it and put new suspension under it. 2.5" rear and 3" front. The car doesn't look like much but she runs well.
