Progress on my 67 Coronet R/T
Not a 6 cylinder, but here's the Challenger I'm restoring. 9558]

Shot some epoxy primer on the quarter today so I could get a better idea of how it's looking. Pretty good for the most part. The lower body line still needs some work. Isn't perfectly straight yet.9559]9560]

Too many! Swapped out the transfer case in my truck today. Stripped the interior in it last week and cleaned the surface rust off of the floors, painted them, coated with Body Schutz and put in new carpet. Building a 408 stroker for the Fury this winter, plus whatever I can get done on the Coronet and the Challenger. Plenty to do on the house, too.

I found a guy who has started making reproduction interior door emblems. They are polished billet aluminum. Here is one next to an original for comparison. The guy did an amazing job! Apparently this was his first set so he wanted to know how I liked them. Once I paint them it will be very hard to distinguish these from the original and I'll never have to worry about chrome peeling. Putting my used set up for sale.

They are just polished. They guy said it took 5 hours of machining and 4 hours of polishing. They look great. I'm happy with them. The guy says he is going to make more.

Any idea on the cost? They look great by the way.

I don't know what he is going to charge. I got them cheap since they were the first ones. He wanted somebody to check them out and compare to originals and offer some feedback. I can ask him what the normal price will be. They're great pieces. Not exact, but very close.
