Use a breaker bar with a 1 1/4 socket ( I think), small extension. It's not difficult.

Correct its a 1 1/4 also you can take out the spark plugs so will turn over nice and easy!

I use a 1/2 inch drive ratchet instead of a breaker bar, I find it works better after every pull and just ratchets back into the easiest position which is north-south. With the spark plugs taken out of the engine (Piper's comment') does spin almost effortlessly.

Sorry, I always do things the hard way.

No.. the hard way is sticking a prybar in between the converter and trans and spinning it that way..

Now i have the problem of the flex plate bolts not coming out because it rotates the torque converter... How to prevent this? Lol

You will need an assistant underneath your car hold the crankshaft bolt up front of the engine, using that same 1 1/4" bolt with a breaker bar and 3 inch extension. I sometimes take little hammer hits on the wrench your are using for those convertor bolts, just tap the wrench enough to loosen the bolts. With a little persuasion they will come loose.

Put the wrench so that you are pulling out from the center. Sort of parallel to the tangent at the bolt. Hope that makes sense.

What I've done in the past is take a long screw driver and wedge it behind the flex plate and the crankshaft. Also, If you've got a extra pair of hands, they can hold on to the crank bolt with the socket to keep it from spinning over.
