Yup, been there done that!! Blue tape is the way to go, I don't know how many hrs I had doing that, that looks like it turned out great!!
Objects quickly DISAPPEAR in the rearview mirror and PLEASE stay seated until the ride comes to a complete stop!!

Hi blue, just got my first 67. Did you have the trunk finish panel rechromed first? And if so do you mind sharing who did it and the cost?

Advanced in Nashville did the rechrome. Minor repair and very little pitting. I'll have to try and find the receipt. Not cheap but it came out beautiful.
