I didn't do much today, it is sooooo nice here in Vermont right now. The leaves are peaking up in the Kingdom and getting really bright here in the middle valley, blue skies, 65 degrees. Had to get out in it some. I did bang on a chunk of 3/16 x 3" plate to form a mounting arm to bolt the dash right side to. I'll weld it to the inside of the door frame and then bolt the mount flange to that and the aluminum dash frame to that. I heard about a guy that moved the wiper motor and brake power booster/ MC under the dash. He says to look for a van with those under the dash and pull them. Something I need to check up on. With this dash mounted where it is I have a space under there that's around 28" by 16" by the length of the dash. Plenty of room now for everything. I'm also covered up with winter prep for the livestock so they will be less stressed by the cold and snow. Thanks again to everyone that has commented, and stay tuned as I will post every once in awhile with pics of progress. Aslbow ( Ghostrider 67)

[URL="http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/quotes/m/mitchhedbe297438.html"]I know a lot about cars, man. I can look at any car's headlights and tell you exactly which way it's coming.

Thanks Smoke, I like it and it's a blast to re-engineer the thing.

Thanks cd45....I think so too. I want it to be a car that everyone at the shows stops and looks at and asks questions instead of strolling on by because it's exactly like 5 more they already saw.

Your signature line reminds me of when we were kids in the 60's. My brothers and I and the kids from across the road would "Sleep out" in the front yard in the summer and we would stay up late yackking and looking at the tail lights of passing cars in the dark. We got so we could ID almost any car by the tail lights..lol.
