What did you do to your Coronet this Week ....???
Andy, Mike and Rich, it looks like there is only one way to settle this.

Finally Got My 65 Coronet. Wasnt a 440 as i thought , just a Base model but we love it just the same. Body is in great shape. Seats need Work.
Pulled the Carb off, getting a new one, Did as much basic as i can, chanded plugs and wires and changed the oil and 2 belts.. Flushed out the radiator and added new coolant. Pulled off the hub caps and cleane up the rims and shined up the hub caps, The engine and all surrondings are nice and clean and I plan on Painting it up as much as possible and kinda staying away from the chrome, want to stay as original as possible. Buffed down the Bronze radiator top and that is looking surprisngly good . learned more in the last week about cars than i did in the last 50 years.
Having big fun.

I pulled the engine and tranny. I also dismantled the two quarter windows and the associated bits and pieces.IMG_0800.jpgIMG_0794.jpgIMG_0776.jpg
