The passenger side window regulator failed on me this weekend and when I took the panel, arm rest and door handle off, I saw that the "
Window regulator rivet" had broke. I could have ordered the part, but we found a better work-around for this piece of plastic.

I bought a toilet seat hinge bolts from Home Depot.

I had to use a Dremmel to shorten the bolt and trim off some of the head on the nut (because the flange on the nut came into contact with the metal on the door when I raised the window all the way up)... but it worked and I think it's a better set up, but we'll see how it goes over time.

Great idea, just make sure the bolt doesn't touch the metal, the window could break.

I coated the shop floor with concrete stain and added garage art (Car parts). I used a extra grill for the front of the garage and used a tail panel on the loft. When the sun is out in looks like the tail lights are on.
