67RTBlue Wrote:Yes. Sold by salesman "Atlas". Delivered 5-22-67! According to the original owners son it was on the showroom floor next to one of their race cars. I'd DIE if he had a picture of that!!!
Had all the original paperwork on display at the show.
That's the build date of my car!

No kidding? Late build! I find it odd that there was so much time between build date and sale date of our car. 9/22/66 build and 5/22/67 sale.

Does your paper work show a sold car? If not, maybe dealer ordered it in for display and then sold it.

Good possibility? The "SHIP TO and SOLD TO" both list Hodges Dodge. Don't recall anything in the options as a sold car though?

Did the final, final, final buffing on the paint to get the overspray off. The paint is officially done. Combed out my condenser to get rid of the 49 years of fingers flattening the fins. Stripped down the dash in preparation for the new Year One harness coming tomorrow. Took the oldest girl driving on her permit, thought we were going through the garage and into the Coronet. Restored the center vent where the vane pins were broken. Created some Faux Chrome with Kryon spray paint and SPI Universal Clear Polyurethane for shine and durability. My GlenRay date coded reproduction radiator should be shipped Friday and then I can video the grand starting ceremony likely the weekend after next. I could have sent mine but that is a 2-3 month backlog and I want to drive the bloody thing.
