Thanks !
I know the anodizing protects them but with polish and minimal exposure they should be fine.
I have to still hang the fenders which is a ways off but every little step helps!

as sad as this sounds it is true, the year is half over, and I have been busy working on other peoples cars and a mercury project for my self . I have been walking under my coronet every day (It is on the top bunk of my car stacker) today I moved my dads '56 Lincoln, which is under the coronet and let the R/T down put in the battery and woke the giant up, needless to say it was like the song goes about your old friend. I took it out tonight and was 16 again. there is no better therapy than a cruise in a big block stick shift muscle car to rinse away the days woes. I just walked by the garage door that enters my house and smelt that familiar odor that you only get from a car with NO emissions equipment. Today was a great day too bad the year is almost half over!

I "love" the smell of VP-110 in the morning, afternoon and evening!
Objects quickly DISAPPEAR in the rearview mirror and PLEASE stay seated until the ride comes to a complete stop!!
