where to put mechanical oil and temp gauge sending units on engine???

Yea, the one I showed won't work with your sending unit.

The plug on your radiator should work, the only down side is if it's a little low on coolant, you'll get a incorrect (ie cold) reading.

Autometer also sells one that fits in the upper radiator hose.. (the one below might not be the same size as yours, but they prob make one that does)
