The licence plate is showing on the front picture of the car.... in Ontario the plates do not change often, there is a VERY good chance this car is still registered with that plate number. Know any cops that can do you a favour? The Motor Vehicle registry may be an option too. BTW cool old Celica, my buddy had one back in the day..

Unfortunetly, few cops have ever done me any favours.
Most recent Jan 2012, 106kph in a 80. No way! With only a header and a side pipe Cherry Bomb I know when I'm getting up there. He dropped it to 99, again, No way! but could have dropped 15 so there wouldn't have been any demerit points, but didn't. Fought it in court in June 2012, cop didn't have his notes, so went to trial Jan 2 2013, but I was never sent notice and missed it. Got convicted in absence. Went to the Justice of the Peace yesterday, getting a new trial and will be informed of the date by mail.......hoping to have it over with by 2014......no luv here.
