This car is driving me mad! My son doesn't know I have it yet and thought it would be cool to drive it up to Carlisle when he comes to visit, it runs and drives so its a mater of just making it safe to go down the road (sure it will have faded paint...but I am ok with that for now!)
but as I get into it...its like flipping over a piece of wood or rock in the yard....how many bugs can fit into a such small place ? Every time I peel something back or unplug stuff I am uncovering all sorts of scary stuff thats hidden

Thank you Kevin!
As far as our old cars go, when you consider that Chrysler basically designed these cars to last 5 years, or 50K miles to satisfy the companies warranties at that time and you consider the technology and some of the materials that were used, it's truly amazing that there are as many of these cars still around as there are. This is mostly due to folks like we have here on the DCR who love them so much and REFUSE to let them die off and become nothing more than a memory. As both the owners and the cars themselves get older, who knows how long this fight will continue, but for now, lets keep trying to find ways to keep your cool Charger and Coronet and my old yellow beast alive and well and on the road scaring the crap out of all other non Mopar makes and models my friend!
