When installing the dash one of the cables (temp control) that comes off the controls rubs on the wiper linkage arm under the dash. I currently have it routed under the arm. The angle at which it comes off the controls on the dash its pushing it up onto the arm. I'm wondering if it is supposed to go above the linkage which might allow it to not rub the way it does now? Can anyone look up under the dash and see theirs?

This is the control that lays on top of the box not on the front. I know the clip thing that is riveted to the heater box I have. I popped the linkage off and dropped it below the cable and it seems right like this and no longer rubs on the cable.
