My parts book show the rear drum the same for 39 to 54 for the 6 cylinder and the same for for 53 and 54 for the V8. You may be able to press out the old studs and replace with right handed studs.
Thanks 48mirage for the info.... But after doing more research I felt it was more practical/cost effective to get a rear end from junk yard. I picked up a 1987 Chrysler Fifth Ave rear end for $240 with drive shaft.

Now I need to crawl under and tach weld my perches. Then I'll remove the rear end and complete welds and replace seals, brakes and a little clean up.
