Hello All,

I saw this craigslist add.....someone is looking for a 69 Coronet 2 door....here is the add

I've been searching for my brother's old 1969 Dodge Coronet 440 2 door. The last time I saw the car it was purple with the black stripe around the trunk and had slotted mag wheels. It had the original 318 V8 and ran good. The VIN# is WH23F9G153192.

My brother passed away about 6 years ago and I've been looking for his old car ever since my dad located the VIN number. My grandpa purchased this car brand new in 1969 and my dad and brother fixed it up while he was in high school back in the early 1990's. My brother sold the car to a guy in Fremont, NE back in August, 1997, but unfortunately I have no names there.

I ran an online VIN check and it shows it was first titled in NE 8/14/1997 (which is probably when my brother sold it; he had it titled in Iowa) and again 9/22/2009.

Any information anyone can provide to help me locate the owner would be awesome! Even if they aren't interested in selling now, I at least want first shot at it when they are ready.

Have a title search done at those states dept. of revenues / license -DMV to hunt down owner by owner till you locate its current owner or status ( hopefully not salvage ) and the best of luck to you.
do not know if there may be a fee involved or not.
