Thanks guys, I will be getting to see the car again in about two weeks and will have a better idea then of her asking price. As far as the under carriage , are there areas that I should look at in particuliar?,, that are prone to rust. Thx.

Look for rusty torsion bar mounts and any other under chassis rot you can find.
Castles made of sand slip in to the sea....eventually

On a 67 here's places to look:
Front frame rails from area where upper control arms connect downwards towards torsion bar mounts.
Torque box area as Tim mentioned above.
Rear frame rails, namely area where leaf spring shackle connects.
Area where rear frame rails connect to rear cross member behind rear bumper.
Floors in all areas.
But judging from the pics you posted and the description of the car, you shouldn't have any of those issues..
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.
