Hey guys, I found this decent 1967 Dodge Coronet 500, 2 dr HT for sale in my area. The lady says she has no idea what she is asking yet , but to make her an offer. I personally have not seen one like it before and was wondering what you guys think a fair offer might be. It has a 273 V8, black interior with bucket seats , column shift auto. The car has about 80,000 miles on the original engine and has been sitting for a couple years in a carport. The interior is nice ,clean and dry, the rad looks like it may have some issues, there is oil on the top of the manifold, the side window will not go up and it may need tires, brakes or an exhaust. It would have to be towed away. I was considering maybe $2500 to $4000? Is that resonable? Thanks for any advice and hopefully I will be posting an update someday down the road if I get it home.

Wow, that is a neat car. Do you know any more history on it? Is the lady the original owner?

There doesn't appear to even be a crack in the steering wheel of dash pad. Price depends on how much you want it. You are looking at a very clean car that doesn't come up very often. Even with the mechanical work it needs, you have room to go up if necessary. Keep in mind how much body work costs and realize you don't need any. Or so it appears. How is the from grill and surrounds?
Even the ww bottle is good.

Thanks for the replies, the washer unit does have a cracked top but it is hard to see in the photo. The lady tells me that her aunt had the car and it was the classic story of it being driven only up the street to go shopping and that she was a neat freak. I am hoping to go by again and see if it will start up enough to go around the block and maybe get it up on jack stands to have a look at the under carriage for any rust issues. All the trim is on the car still but is trying to pull away from the body just behind the front drivers wheel area. The grill looked decent.
Sweet looking 500

Nice looking car !
I'd go in at $2500 cash in hand. Hide another grand in another pocket if you have to go up by $250 increments or more. BUY IT!! Nice find by the way....
