rear stripe on a 67 coronet? pics? decide

I'll be politically incorrect and just say, "don't do it". These days its rare to see any 67 500 that still has it's side trim, ....Personally I like the 67 Coronet 500 side trim, and hate seeing it disappearing off the sides of 67 Coronets. .... I personally don't think it looks good on anything before the 68 model year.

Poor picture quality, but heres a TV commercial for the 67 Dart and 67 Coronet RT convertible. The RT convertible in the commercial has the optional 67 side stripe.

Now that I like. At least there is some precedence for the stripe. It's like a 'This is what they should have followed through with why didn't they" look. Much more 'of the time' than a bumble bee stripe.

Personally I do not like the rump stripe on the '66's and '67's but it's your car...

I'm not a fan of the 1968 and up Bumble Bee stripes on any of the pre 1968 cars, especially the 1966 and 1967 Coronets, but that's just one guys opinion. I would also agree with those who really like the 1967 Coronet 500's side trim. The yellow 67 500 below is just a stunning car in my opinion and if I owned one, that trim would stay on the car without any question.

ok..opinions well taken. I respect your alls opinion. and yes it is my car but I do respect and love a factory mopar as it should be. I also like to be different and something that states my style.
either way... NO STRIPE....
