The ballast is just a connector now. I purchased the kit from Competition Components,a few dollars more than the tbi setup.

There are many great EFI systems out there now. I thought about installing a system on my Challenger. I decided against it and to keep the 6 pack set-up. If I have fuel problems on the road, I can fix it in pretty quick with a few inexpensive spare parts that would fit in my pocket. If a EFI system stops working you are dead in the water unless you keep a stock of expensive spare parts. Hopefully the reliability of the new EFI systems is high. I haven't heard either way.

One of the things I like about the FAST EZ-EFI setups is the majority of their stuff are standard off the shelf parts. So one could literally walk into any parts store in the country and get say a O2 or coolant temp sensor without any problems.
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.
