Need help for a selling price for 67 surrounds ?
#1
I have been dragging this complete set of 67 grill surrounds for over 40 years.
They were taken off a car in around 1970 and were chromed.
The guy wanted to chrome the whole front end of his 67 500 but nothing got put back on.
In 1982 I bought a truckload of NOS and perfect 67 parts. Most of the parts were chromed but never installed.
I have been asked to sell these to someone needing a set, but have no clue how much $$$$ I should sell them for.
I looked on eBay.ca sold area and cannot find any that sold recently.

I have net been on here for awhile and no idea how to post a picture. ??

Any help on how to post a picture and pricing would be appreciated

Hi Andy
Are you sure they chromed them or anodized them?
I would think chrome would hurt the value somewhat but I bet looks nice.

Welcome back to the madhouse Andy.. Those look good, they don't look chromed, but just polished up real good. Got couple dings in em but nothing serious. If they have all the mounting tabs, $1500US ($2K CDN) easy for just the surrounds I'd say.. prob get more if including the grille and rest hardware..
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.

You’re correct. The outside look original and someone polished the flat parts.
I’ll take it down from the wall where it’s been for the last 24 years, give it a wash
and post some better pictures.

I dunno. I know they are hard to find, but I don't see quite $1500 in that. It does make a difference what the backs look like. I have a good set of originals that have no rust in the back and if I were to sell those I would probably ask $500. I do have another restored set, but I probably will hang on to these just in case.
