Upper, I took all of the adjustment out of the torsion bar and have some more room to play with but the ploy stops are still way to big and wedging the upper up if that makes sense
getting the cone style ones and I think I should be ok

Did they give you a part # for the brake hoses in that kit?

I used these on my racecar - work good and make it easier to get 5 inches of suspension drop (Caltracs recommendation)
