1965 coronet console door
#1
I recently purchaser a 65 coronet center console car, The issue is the center console doesn't want to latch, It looks like it should latch on the metal of the console but won't go down that far to catch. Is there some kind of catch that should be in the actual console??? Please advise, Thanks, Dan.

Hello Dan,

Maybe these pictures from a current Ebay auction will help?

daniel I have the same issue on my 65. I am missing the metal piece that is secured with the two screws on the inside of the center console. Anybody know where I could get a replacement?
