Haven't been on here in a while. I have a 65 coronet 440 4door sedan with 318 and auto tranny. Old coronet hasn't gotten much use lately, but still runs great. So I have a 18' fiberglass 1967 boat. The truck I tow it with has been totaled, so I'm daily driving a 88 firebird. I am out a tow vehicle now, and am looking to give the Ol coronet purpose again. So I'm thinking of using her as my tow vehixle. The tranny was rebuilt a few years ago and I already am running a tranny cooler. I'm thinking of either adding a helper leaf in the back or air shocks to help with the weight. Does anybody know the facoory tow rating on this car? The boat and trailer weigh no more than 1500lb I would say. I don't think that would be a problem, just the 
weight, it's probably 2-300 lbs. So I'm looking to getting a class 2 hitch for it. I can probably take it somewhere to get one custom made, but would rather get a bolt on factory hitch. Thing is I can't find one. Do they make factory hitches for these? Any thoughts about making this a tow vehicle?
