Nice, mark, my buddy did one a 69 too, about 2 years ago. The color is a real light tan, did he say T3, don't remember, it came out nice, 440, 4 speed! I might to ask, does the move for Josh King's show to the end of July, work for you?

Thanks but I can't take a lot of credit. Le Hodge from Hodge Restorations has stepped up and got it done for me - its his shop. I think I gave him the car back in August with the cage work done. At that time the car was totally stripped including no quarters. He basically rebuilt the car body from September to now. In my opinion its outstanding work.
Its not perfect but its perfect for what I need. Its a street/strip car. If it was too nice I would not enjoy it. Elected not to spend the money to wet sand and buff the paint. Its got a little bit of dirt but not bad and I really like it. But am spending stupid money on making the dash nice. Spending a fortune on details like all new glass, rechromed vent frame, etc. Finding a 150 mph speedometer might be a problem.
Le thinks it might be ready to take home in 2 weeks.
As far as Josh moving the show to July I understand it but hate it. I hate racing in heat and it will be hot in July. I will try to make it this year but not sure. The GTX will be a better car to race in the heat. The GTX might actually replace the race car in the long run.
