New question: Kick down linkage adjustment....
#1
I have looked all over the internet for the proper way to adjust the kick down linkage on a big block with a 727. I have the factory linkage and springs.Right now... I have it set.... @ Full throttle... it moves linkage "all" the way to the rear. With the return spring keeping slotted arm tight against the pin. It just dont seem right? Thanks you.

The best way to adjust it is in small increments road testing it after every adjustment. Adjust it untill it shifts when you want it to at full throttle. The spring is supposed to pull the arm back against the pin.
