68 through 70 b-bodies have always been more popular and hence have more value. But 1 of 1 is still 1 of 1.

It's going to be extremely difficult to put a price or even determine a value. Can anyone remember what the bidding went to on the 66 Coronet vert Hemi that was ultra low mileage? That's probably the closest example. I know it didn't sell. Which brings up the big question. Do you want to sell it, or keep it. Meaning if you want to sell it, then you have to accept the highest offer after you put in a certain amount of effort into marketing it that you are comfortable with....Or you could shoot for the moon and keep it until you get what you want.

I wish I had some free capital.

Wish you the best.

Hey ws27, Nice to hear from you.

Thanks for asking. She is doing just ok right now. If she doesn't call or come to town... then we know she is having a bad day. She seems to bounce back sooner or later though with a big Smile on her face. Just got the Max Wedge moved around so I can get cleaned up and ready... hoping to get her to drive it before it sells. If not ... Pretty sure I have convinced her to drive her Challenger this year.

You did hit on an important topic concerning value ... it is affected by the venue chosen to sell any car.... and how it is marketed. At that given time. News paper, craigslist, ebay, word of mouth ect ect ... The big collector car auctions often times bring huge dollars for some cars. The marketing from big time auctions bring big power buyers. Many of the serious collectors will bid more than makes any since to some ... or even most of us. Then a year later ... you could not sell it for the same dollars. At Barret's Auction one year, I watched the bidding stop at $250,000 on a particular car .... they wanted $400,000 ... then the next year it sold for Millions more. That was a gold brown colored olds concept car, looked like a 54 corvette. I stood right there looking at it ... I just could not wrap my head around the first $250,000. Go figure. ( also notice ... I was just looking ... way way out of my league ) The last 5, 10, 15 years have shown plenty of up and downs and trends.... well, I guess it has always been that way. That may date my age ... LOL

Thanks for the tip on 68 - 70 B bodies

Has been fun reading about parts, pieces, repairs, project cars on here. Learning all kinds of things.

Cruizer Hemi Wrote:Trust me... it's WH23J .... I am not at my notes right now ... so might be off on exact quote ... Another one of Galen's comment's: was that all WO23 S/S cars had black interior. This being the only red interior Hemi Coronet 440 2 Door Hardtop . Not that the red interior is so key, but; found it interesting he would compare to the WO23 cars.

Radio delete.

You can PM for reason I do not share picture of fender tag.. Thank's
Again, neat car! I didn't give it a thought that the WO23's had black interiors only!!
Objects quickly DISAPPEAR in the rearview mirror and PLEASE stay seated until the ride comes to a complete stop!!
