After a decade of Motorcycle, Corvette and Classic Cars, the Chatterbox will be closing it's doors for good the first week of September. The owner decided it was time to hang it up and put it on the market.
So if you live in NEPA, NNJ or NY State stop in before it's gone for good

When it was first built, it was designed to be a 50's drive up and you'd get your food by some hottie on roller skates (I forgot the original name). After a couple years it folded, rumor has it the insurance rates were out of this world.
New owners opened it up and made bunch of changes. LP's lining the walls, movie posters and a train going around the dining area. They had a dragster hanging from the ceiling and every month they had a classic car on a rotating stage.
Every Sat night there was about 300 cars there, and that's not counting the poor soul who brought his new Challenger who was regulated to the "Modern Muscle" area to listen to the crickets

Looks like it's not too far off my trip to Carlisle. Might just have to make a stop!
