Hello everyone
This forum has been a great resource so i figured it was time to say hi and create account.
I am currently restarting restoration on 1968 Coronet 500 2dr ht that my mother bought in 69. I took over from my Dad like 12 years ago and just when I had decided to get loan from 401k for tools and parts around 4-5 years ago the company I worked for decided to move plant to Phoenix. Back on track now finally.

I have been able to decode everything except the tire code.

Decoded tag from My Mopar

CAR: Dodge Coronet 500 2 Door Hardtop
ENGINE: 383cid 2-bbl V8
TRANSMISSION: 4-Speed Manual Floor Shift
TIRES: Unknown tire code Tag is stamped with a 31(I cannot find any ref to 31 tire code)
BUILD DATE: October 18.
AXLE: 3.23 Rear Axle Ratio
INTERIOR: Premium Trim Grade, Vinyl Bucket Seats. White on Black Interior.
PAINT: Monotone White Paint.
OTHER: White Upper Door Frame Color.

MOLDINGS:
19: Wide Sill Mouldings
25: Drip Rail Mouldings
78: Wheel Lip Mouldings


ABC OPTIONS:
R1: AM Radio
X2: Tinted Windshield Only


abc OPTIONS:
a6: Console
b4: Bucket Seats
m6: Driver's Outside Remote Operated Mirror
u1: Sold Car When Built (Somebody Ordered It)
