For me, it was the blue/red 43 Charger that always caught my eye. Back when a "stock car" actually looked like what you could buy on Monday..
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.

Sox and Martin, These guys were a "Class" act, great looking cars that ran super!!
Objects quickly DISAPPEAR in the rearview mirror and PLEASE stay seated until the ride comes to a complete stop!!

I voted for Tom Hoover because he was the grandfather of performance for Chrysler. In my opinion performance was/and is Chrysler's greatest atribute. Virgil Exner would be second in my book - boy his designs in the 50's were waaaaaaaay superior to the others. Lee Iacocca would be third, very smart guy , he saved Chrysler. One of the few "smart people" Chrysler hired over the years.

Its King Richard for me.Watching that 74 Charger in the mid 70's was awesome. That(and some family influence)is what led me to my first car a 72 Charger SE.

For me when I was growing up it was Booker racing, He raced mopar hemis and nothing else. He started drag racing in the early 80's, my Dad also grew up with him. He took me down the strip in a 70 hemi challenger, Hooked at ten year's of age. Still a mopar NUT!! Also Richard Petty was always a favorite of mine, never got to see him race though I'm a little young.

I had a really tough time with this poll, since they all mean so much. But I was the Virgil Exner picker since my Dad taught me about him way back when he saw my interest in his design in cars. That is why I bought my `61 Imperial Southhampton Crown 2dr. bucket style headlights, hanging lantern style taillights, oval steering wheel, on and on. Virgil and his team along with Chrysler, you know its going to be good. Like riding on a cloud.

Thanks for the poll

No Dukes of Hazzard? Haha. Sadly, I'm not even joking. The Dukes made me fascinated by Mopars all throughout my youth before I knew why they were such awesome cars.
