Why do dealers always proudly say that all of their vintage Mopars have had a "frame off restoration"? Rolleyes

A great looking R/T being driven and talked about by a GM or Ford guy.

This place is across the street from where I work. They are mainly ford and chevy guys. There is 1 guy there that knows Mopars but he's not involved in the adds.

Hello Joe,

They probably should be letting that one gentleman do the Mopar ad's, both the written text and the videos. Not to take anything away from what looks to be a very nice 67 R/T, but when I read and see ad's like the one for this car, it's difficult for me to take the seller seriously. If a dealership is going to specialize in selling vintage vehicles, then they need to have some knowledge about what their selling. Maybe I'm the only one that this type of advertising bothers?

The attention to detail stinks. Painted filler tube? Major pitting on rear housing and did you see the spare tire well being smashed? Etc.

Some of these so called "vintage car" dealerships leave a lot to be desired!
Objects quickly DISAPPEAR in the rearview mirror and PLEASE stay seated until the ride comes to a complete stop!!

Either the VIN doesn't match the body or GG made an error in his decode.
The body is listed as built at LR. VIN decodes to STL.

$49K is a lot of money for a perfumed pig.

I couldn't get past the written part of the auction to even look at the car closely. :p

yeah makes you wonder about the seller when they put info in their ad that shows they arent familiar with the car saw one last week for a 65 coronet 500 that was"restred" it was a nice car the body was very straight inthe pictures but this all origional car had a base trim deck lid and tail lights so in order to make it like it should be you would get to spend another $2500.00 dollars for a set of taillights and trim panel for the trunk on top of the $25000 for the car sorry this is so long but i just feel if you represent a car as restored it should be close to origional rant finished

Check out that rear left tire! That must have been on a front end with bad alignment at one stage..I have seen this car lurking about for a long time..It keeps coming back to ebay for sale..

I did not know that '67 coronets had a hood release option either? IS that true? I would love to have that on my car! Wink
