I need to know about the 3 pointed star that goes on the sail panel on a 68 RT. Didn't part of this medallion get painted black? Can someone tell me, if this is true, which part got the paint? Thanks.

The Chrysler engineers came up with a name for it... FRATZOG !!! or sometimes called the Dodge Delta. LOL.
