which transmission
#1
I just bought a 67 coronet r/t with a 440. it has no transmission and looks like someone's done some 'custom' cutting work with tin snips. is there a difference in tunnel's/ shifter hole from a 727 to a 4speed

The 4-speed hump is allot bigger and is welded on at the factory to make room for all the links and shifter.

Is the 4-speed pedal assembly still installed in the car? Another question, does the automatic transmission kick-down linkage exist on your car? +1 to what 67r/t4speeder said.

I've seen this question before, did you ask it somewhere else?

it does have 4 speed pedal but they don't look original. my tunnel is welded back between my bucket seats. it has no linkage as of now
