Looks like 68-9 base trim wheel button
I love Mopars so much I'm date coding the skid marks in my underwear.

68-69, but not base trim. Standard was a metal button. Yours went on the optional 3 spoke with horn ring wheel. The photo is from the 1968 Coronet Illustrated Facts and Features manual. The three spoke was standard on the RT, the 500, and the 440.

Thanks Mike, I always thought it was opposite on 68-9's..
