When you've done as much research as Rich has on these 66 and 67 letters Andy, you know a lot more than the average bear! Rich has become an expert on getting pick-a-nick baskets!

Update - I looked at the original hood from my '66 Hardtop. Each letter has only 2 holes (no 3rd hole on second D) I lost the letters themselves, so I can't compare. The hardtop was built in Aug of '66 - maybe it was built with the '67 setup? . . . the mystery continues.

Well,...
I finally got the masters to the caster. I failed miserably in getting the pins reduced in size. They are going to try to do them by hand.
We're trying to get them cast real soon.
I can't tell you I'm not anxious! LOL

I'd be happy to grind them on my Bridgeport..................
Rotary table, air grinder (adjustable to 0.0001 inches) and fire away! I would trust that much more than reducing them by hand.
