Painted the black tonight. Advanced Plating did the chrome. I puddled em in with semi-gloss and let that dry. I then took some thinner on a piece of paper towel and gently wiped the face to clean my sloppy brush from the top edges. Doing that leaves nice crisp edges!

After a little more research it appears that my car has the wrong letters on the hood. The hood was replaced after my uncle John wrecked the car, that could explain it.

You probably have a 67 hood on it. Look at the second "D" If there are only two holes, you have a 67 hood, if someone drilled new holes, you have a 66 hood.
