1157 bulbs versus the new plasma LED bulbs

I might have to get a set. I worry about getting ass ended on the freeway at night.

Actually my concerns were during the day hours.
My son was following me home on a bright sunny Saturday afternoon and he actually told me when we got back home he had a difficult time seeing my brake lights so that had me concerned ever since then I've been trying to see what I could do to make them brighter everything from changing the bulbs to thinking about how I can put LED trailer lights inside the housings and then I seen these and I was sold!

I have led's in the rear,but have to have a some sort of current amplifer/reducer,for them to work. I bought these 4 years ago,so I am thinkin they may be out dated,they fit into the socket correctly,but have that little gadget attached to them,man I can't remember where I bought them,sucks gettin old!

I'd be interested in em for the safety! I don't the looks of modern stuff on a an older stock appearing car but this is for safety. They do look DAMN bright!

That's the way I feel about it, anything to help keep my baby safe!

AND those LED bulbs will not only last a lot longer than the old style bulbs, but they also won't produce much if any heat like the old style bulbs do which kills the plastic tail light lenses that are so expensive to replace and that's true for all of the exterior and interior lights that have the older style hot bulbs turning them brittle and discolored. LED bulbs are one of the better reproduction parts being offered for our older cars hands down.
