I think the asking price is a bit high. On the high side compared to Carlisle prices, I think $600 would be peak for the right buyer. The panel needs resto - being in a little better shape does not add much to a resto price.
The light covers are repoped and are pretty good. I have a set. The lenses can be bought NOS for $150 a pair all day long. and the housings are cheap.
I paid $60 on ebay a couple of years ago for a panel in similar condition.
